Week 12

 First we got our equipment and made surer we had all of our footage so we were in a good position to start editing. Then we asked if we could take the laptop away for a week so that we could make a start on the editing as a rough cut would be needed to start properly writing the script for the conclusion of our documentary. After this we wrote an email to request a material release form for the school we filmed at for our gen z interviews.

At the end of the session we filmed a section for the history of online dating which will be part of our vlog sections. I wrote the script for this the day before and researched Match.com which was the first dating app and added the fact that his girlfriend left him for someone on Match.com to keep a more lighthearted and playful tone that the documentary wants to capture. I then skipped ahead to Tinder as it fits our idea about love being faster with Tinder's swiping feature being a big part of that change in love. I kept this history light and short to make sure it wasn't going to break the flow of the documentary up too much.
